We offer worldwide shipping excluding the following countries due to carrier restrictions: Iran, Sudan, North Korea, Syria, Brazil, Cuba, and Crimea
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking ID. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 working days, please reach out to the customer support team: firstname.lastname@example.org
International orders will be assigned a final mile tracking ID. This can be found under ‘Alternate Tracking Number(s)’ via the UPS or Royal Mail tracking link. This ID can be used on your local carrier's website once your package reaches your country.
If your post service cannot deliver to your address, the order will be held at your local post office. If the order is not collected within the allocated time period from the post office and returned to our warehouse, we will refund the order cost once it is received back, minus the original shipping fee.
If the shipment information states that the order has been delivered but you have not received your package, we suggest that you check with your neighbours and in safe places around your property.
If your order is still unaccounted for, we recommend that you first contact the carrier or post office to report the loss if the tracking confirms the parcel has been delivered to the address. Please email us a copy of their response with details of their investigation.
After 60 days have passed from dispatch, we are unable to file a claim for, replace or refund lost shipments, therefore we strongly advise you to contact us as soon as possible.

Orders placed from outside of your country may be subject to local import duties and taxes, as well as local carrier processing fees. Customs policies vary depending on your location. Any import duties or taxes will be calculated by the local customs office once your package reaches your country.
Unfortunately, Antsy Labs cannot be held responsible for any extra charges. If a delivery is refused and returned to our warehouse as a result of unpaid taxes, import duty or additional courier fees incurred on the order, the final refunded amount will deduct any costs associated with the return.
